Brilliant quote I heard that was attributed to Paul Keating, who's notorious for his creative insults:

"The thing about poor old Costello is he is all tip and no iceberg."

I heard it had been used at the ALP National Conference last weekend, which it may have been, but a Google search for it shows that it was first used in an interview with the ABC back in March.
