Last weekend I went away for our 10th wedding anniversary to Treehouses of Montville. We had the most wonderful, indulgent weekend we could have asked for ...

Totally recommend them to anyone who wants to get away from the rat race and relax ... without gettting too far from humanity. It's out of mobile range but has great TV reception and all the essential comforts. During the drought you can still have a spa (it's got its own water) and comes with a cosy fireplace ...

The service is brilliant - we got everything we asked for with a smile. Ask for Vicki and tell her I recommended the place.

We also had the pleasure of dining at Le Relais Bressan, which is just fabulous. Great food, great service, with a smile and conversation .. awesome!

All in all, a wonderful weekend that I'm glad we had - but now there's more work to be done ...
